"Forgotten Greats #9"
The automotive market is like a rain forest. The bigger you are the more sunlight you get, sunlight being money. The Japanese market is the best example. Toyota, Nissan, and Honda are so big, that many companies are overshadowed, and fold with time. One of these companies was Tommy Kaira. Tommy Kaira is automotive tuner that once used to make cars. One dream was the ZZ2. The ZZ2 was success waiting to be seen. Powered by the legendary Nissan Skyline GTR R34 engine, (tuned to 551 hp), and a lightweight carbon fiber monocoque, the car was very quick. A 6 speed manual backed the car up. Sadly, the car never reached beyond the prototype stage, and the car never got to production. Pictures of the car are very scarce, so I borrowed pics from GT4. I’d like to think the car lives on through cars like the Noble Mt600, and other small supercars. But seriously, this car needs to be made. It’s too awesome to let this car fade into memory.
