Shelby SuperCars Aero (United States of America, 1996-present)

Aero was introduced in 2006. This mid-engined super car was the fastest production car in the world up until the launch of Veyron. The Aero was replaced by the Ultimate Aero TT in 2007, also a 2 seater with 6-speed manual transmission. SSC already announced a new generation, yet to be named and revealed, that will probably top Veyron’s top speed.
