Autoviva: new features

Welcome to the new and improved autoviva! You might have noticed some changes across the site: there's more information and social integration, new features and usability enhancements. It's easier to find stuff and move around, there's more you can say and learn about cars, and the community is growing nicely, just check out some new car profiles!

Here's a quick tour of the main features:


New homepage

The new layout is more informative with larger, shinier photos, featuring a choice blend of news, community profiles and encyclopedia highlights. Notice the little color tabs on each update? They tell you what kind of content you're looking at.
On the right side column, events show up as they happen so you're instantly up to speed on what's going on.

Car pricing

Yes, autoviva is now your go-to website for new car prices and ownership costs. Find any car you like, we'll tell you what it costs to buy and maintain: insurance, financing, maintenance, tyres... it's all there. Very soon you'll also be able to fine-tune these costs to your liking — for example, try out financing options or insurance alternatives.


Version profile improvements

When you get to a version's profile page, the most important info about that car is right there where you need it. Specs, price, costs, ratings... plus you can compare manufacturer specs to real owners' experience, like how green that car really is in the wild.
Other niceties include the ability to instantly compare a car with its competitors. Sweet.


Classifieds

Browse, buy and sell cars: no fuss. Place a free ad in a few clicks or just snoop around for starters. And remember: autoviva classifieds get social on your network. Your friends can share them and they get premium placement near related content across the community and encyclopedia. Smart, no?

The popular comparison tool has been tweaked for better usability and enhanced with more useful data like car prices. It's easier to choose the right car or just put an end to that silly arguing.
