Ferrari breaks sales record in North America

Preliminary figures from Ferrari in the North American market indicate that the Italian brand has broken the sales record in 2010. The Prancing Horse make had already announced record sales in 2010 in China.

In 2010 Ferrari had sales increase of almost more 20 percent. In the USA, a primary market for Ferrari, and in Canada the Italian brand sold over 1750 cars.

The Ferrari California and the 458 Italia, a model that arrived to the market this summer, played a major role in the success of 2010, despite the difficult economic climate.

Ferrari’s year in the North American market also brought new dealers to its network. In the US the brand now has 36 dealers spread throughout the nation. In 2010 the renovation of the New York show room in Park Avenue was completed and next door a Ferrari Store was also installed, making it one of the 40 Prancing Horse Stores worldwide.
