Fiat's plan for Maserati is to invest €1.2 billion into the company and will borrow technology from Chrysler. It also plans to offer more Maseratis through select Chrysler dealers in the US. It hopes to double worldwide Quattroporte sales from 4,700 cars so far this year to 13,000 cars in 2013. Fiat hopes that using Chrysler platforms and some dealers will allow Maserati to grow while keeping investment down.

After the Quattroporte, Maserati will add three other new models through 2015. One of these will be the GhibliGhibli Gen.2Maserati Ghibli Gen.2Italy, 1992 > 19973 versions
