AMG has 195 other exclusive dealers in 18 countries, but the one in Beijing is the only one not connected to a Mercedes dealer. It offers two stories with a total of 381m² of floor space. Not only does the center offer cars, but interested buyers can buy clothing, inquire about the AMG Driving Academy or go to the AMG Performance Center to personalize their car. 

The new store will act as an example for future "stand-alone" Performance Centers which are planned for other metropolis”, says Ola Källenius, chairman of the Board of Management of Mercedes-AMG GmbH.

AMG plans to use the store for market launches, press conferences and VIP events. The center has a staging window with a turntable to present cars.
