Lotus to Unveil Two Cars at Pebble Beach

Lotus will unveil two new versions of its popular models tomorrow at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.

The first is the Lotus Evora GTE Road Car Concept, which is a road legal-version of its Evora GTE, which competes all over the world, including Le Mans. The road car is makes 420hp and uses an AMT sequential transmission. The car remains a concept for now.

The other Lotus car will be showing off is the Exige Matte Black Final Edition. This final Exige model will be exclusive to North America. It uses the Exige Cup's 257hp engine but comes with matte black paint and a black Alacantara interior. Only 25 will be made, and each will come with a numbered plaque. 

Both cars will be on display at the Peter Hay Hill  at Pebble Beach from Thursday, August 18, until Saturday, August 20.
