Mazda Launches ‘Black Limited Edition’ Models

Owning a limited special edition vehicle is….well…special. Being able to tell your mates that there are only a certain small number of those vehicles on earth and showing off the unique features/colors etc lets you feel proud of your prized possession.

If a limited edition vehicle tickles your fancy, then look out for Mazda’s pair of ‘Black Limited Edition’ models. These follow after the success of the Mazda MX-5GT which has been competing in the UK’s Britcar Production GTN championship. Just be warned though, none of them are available in black!

Starting off in with the lower price is the Mazda 2 ‘Black Limited Edition’ with a 1.3 liter engine. 618 will be available with a choice of Crystal White Pearlescent, Spirited Green Metallic or Red. To make it ‘special’ it has a black vinyl roof, matt black alloy wheels, front fog lights, privacy glass and a sports trim rear bumper.

On the inside you will get Black Edition badging, a numbered plaque as well as climate control, Bluetooth and electric windows.

The other special model is the MX-5 ‘Black Limited Edition’ also available in only those three colors (red, white and green). The black comes in with the ‘Brilliant Black’ finished retractable hard top, black upholstery with sand stitching, black finished steering wheel and deco panel, and then dark gunmetal grey wheels…which are close enough black.

As expected there will be ‘Black Limited Edition’ badging together with unique floor mats and features such as Bose sound system, climate control and Bluetooth hands free system.

Powering this roadster is the 160 horsepower 2.0 liter coupled with a six-speed manual gearbox. Only 500 will be produced, so you better get your order in ASAP.
