desperately wants to boost sales, and it appears willing to spend money to do it. Last week, the Swedish automaker released its January sales report, and things were not good. Sales were down 2.1% globally and down 14.7% in the EU. The bright spots were China and the US where sales were up 75.8% and 9.3% respectively. To combat the sinking sales, Volvo will refresh six of its eight models in 2013.

. They will also be available with a new infotainment system called Sensus Connected Touch that includes a 7in touchscreen and full Internet access. There will also be a new TFT instrument cluster for these cars.
The S60 and V60 will get an updated interior and sporty suspension option.
The S80 will get an Executive package that updates interior trim.
The XC60 will get a torque vectoring all-wheel drive system.
The automatic transmissions in the S80, V70, S60 and V60 with the D3 and D4 engines will be updated to emit less CO2 and improve fuel economy. All of the models receive a roughly 8% improvement in fuel economy and emissions. The update will have no effect on price.
