Lexus Introduces Sporty Special Editions of the LS460, ES350 and CT200h

Lexus is still building its street cred when it comes to being known as a maker of sporty, luxury saloons. But if BMW is the king of marketting its cars as great driving, sports vehicles then Lexus is the potential usurper to the crown. The LF-A has already proven that the company has the chops to make an amazing machine, and the IS-F shows that the company can at least potentially run with the BMW M3. To expand its sporting pretentions, Lexus is releasing three special editions that add exterior and interior refinements to at least make the car's appear sporty. 

The Lexus LS 460 Sport Special Edition comes only on the rear-wheel drive car. It first takes all of the exsisting Sport package and adds an exclusive Obsidian Black exterior. The exsisting Sport package already includes a sport-tuned air suspension, brembo brakes and differnt grill. The speical edition gets 19in wheels, HDD navigation, sport seats with included climate control, headlamp washers, wood trim and heated rear seats.  The interior is exclusive to the special edition and is black and topaz leather with contrasting stitching. The special edition costs $77,000 and will be limited to 250 examples. 

The ES350 Touring Edition comes with 17in 10-spoke wheels, wood and leather trimmed steering wheel, heated and ventilated front seats, HDD Navigation, Saddle Tan leather interior and walnut trim. It comes only in Stargazer Black and Starfire Pearl. The ES350 Touring Edition costs $40,475 and limited to 2,000 units. 

The CT200h F Sport Special Edition gets a ton of trim tacked on to the regular car.The special edition gets F Sport 17in wheels, F Sport suspension with upgraded sway bars and springs, blue trimmed seats, F Sport floor mats, Tumi tote bag and the entire F Sport package available on the regular car. It also gets Navigation and Premium Audio packages available on the CT200h. It is available only in Nebula Gray Pearl, Starfire Pearl and Tungsten Pearl. The CT200h costs $37,995 and will be limited to 900 cars. 

All of the cars will be available next year and can be ordered now.
