Peugeot 3008 HYbrid4 sells out in 9 days

300 limited edition units of the Peugeot 3008 Hybrid4 have sold out in nine days after being eagerly bought by customers.

The special series clearly impressed after Peugeot chose to debut and open reservations on March 3 at the 81st Geneva Motor Show. The 300 vehicles were offered for €41,500in the network and on the internet in 11 European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

The Peugeot 3008 is the world’s first full Hybrid diesel, with this first limited edition run featuring an exclusive finish comprised of ‘black headlight lining with chrome LED light strip, mother-of-pearl white colouring, two-tone leather trim, dashboard completely covered in leather’ and a numbered aluminium plate.

Customers fortunate enough to acquire one of limited edition models will have exclusive first access to the features of the 3008 Hybrid4 including 200 hp, 4-wheel drive, ZEV mode and CO2 emissions of 99 g/km. The vehicles are to be delivered in summer 2011.
