Porsche Sales Already Surpass Last Year

has already beat its 118,868 sales last year in November of this year with a month of sales to go. Through November of this year, Porsche has sold 128,978 cars worldwide, up 17.6%. In November alone, Porsche sold 12,928 cars worldwide, up 38.7%. 

“The fact that we have already surpassed the previous year's result in November is no reason for us to rest on our laurels. On the contrary, it is an incentive to deliver maximum performance in the next year – in spite of continued uncertainty in the marketplace," said Bernhard Maier, head of marketing at Porsche. 

Porsche largest world market is now the Asia-Pacific region where it sold 4,738 cars in November, up 50.1%, and has sold 46,432 cars there this year, up 22.8%. Its second largest market remains Europe where it sold 3,743 cars in November, up 6.8%, and has sold 44,965 cars this year, up 13.6%. The brand's third largest world market is the North America where it sold 4,447 cars in November, up 67.5%, and has sold 37,581 cars so far this year, up 16.4%.

In terms of individually countries, the United States is Porsche's largest market. It sold 3,965 cars in November, up 71.4%, and has sold 32,091 cars there this year, up 18%.

China is its second largest global market. It sold 2,919 cars there in November, up 63.1%, and has sold 29,268 cars there this year, up 30.2%.
