Mercedes-Benz R-Class (Germany, 2010-present)

Mercedes-Benz launched the second generation of the R-Class at the 2010 New York Motor Show. The vehicle underwent significant changes, including a completely redesigned front section, inspired by the Mercedes-Benz saloon and SUV models.

The 2010 R-Class generation is available in 9 standard versions, five of them long wheelbased. Adding to the petrol variants adopted from the preceding model, the range was joined by diesel engines.

The R 300 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY features a consumption of 7.6 l/100 km, which represents 7 percent less fuel consumption in comparison to its predecessor.

The 2010 R 350 CDI 4MATIC is a combination of the low fuel consumption of a V6 engine with the high performance of a V8 variant, consuming 8.5 l/100 km, less 0.8 than its predecessor.
