Introduced in the market in 2010, the Toyota Prius II is the 3rd generation of the mid-size model. Powered by a straight 4 1798cc engine, this car has a power output of 134 hp. The Prius II features the biggest engine offered. It has a continuously variable transmission transmission and front wheel drive.
