The new Abarth 500C is the first convertible vehicle to be launched since the rebirth of the scorpion brand. The 500C will be powered by a 1.4 16v Turbo T-Jet engine, combining once again the performance of Abarth’s racing experience with Fiat’s powertrain technology.
The 1.4 16v Turbo T-Jet engine reaches an output of 140 HP at 5000 rpm and has a maximum torque of 206 Nm at 2000 rpm. The new Abarth convertible reaches a top speed of 205 km/h and accelerates from a standing position to 100km/h in 8.1 seconds.
In terms of fuel consumption, tests made by Abarth, show a 6.5 l/100 km consumption in the combined cycle, 5.4 l/100 km in the extra-urban cycle and 8.5 l/100 km in the urban cycle, representing emissions of 155g/km.
