Founded in 1945 by Raymond Mays and Peter Berthon, British Racing Motors (BRM) was a Formula One motor racing team. The team, settled in Bourne, Lincolnshire, England, competed in 197 Grand Prix and won 17 races between 1950 and 1977.
In 1962, BRM won both Constructors’ and drivers’ titles, with Graham Hill becoming World Champion. The team's last race was in 1977 at the Italian Grand Prix.
