Chadwick Engineering Works was created by Lee Sherman Chadwick in 1904, in Fairmont, USA, under the name Fairmont Engineering Works (named changed in 1908 to Chadwick Engineering Works). The company specialized in high quality, luxurious, hand built cars with very powerful engines. Financial problems lead Lee Chadwick to abandon the company in 1912, which finally ceased its activity in 1916.
