Founded in 1929, Jawa Motors is a Czech motorcycle and car manufacturer. Initially focusing on motorcycles only, the company began production of automobiles in 1933, partly under license from other manufacturers, partly with own developments. After the second World War, Jawa built a sucessful model, the Aero Minor, but the political regime decided to stop car production in 1951.
