About

The 7hp voiturette appeared as a replacement for the 3.5hp model only a few months after the earlier car's introduction, seen as a solution to the 3.5's insufficient power. Other than the larger, twin cylinder power plant, the rest of the car remained unchanged.

The car was conventional for the times, featuring a twin seat mounted over the engine, and featured wheeled steering.

A few months later in 1901 an all-new and larger 7hp model was introduced, this time with a water-cooled engine coupled to a three-speed gearbox, and included a drive shaft. There was also a conventional clutch. The earlier, belt-driven 7hp car continued in production until 1904.
